A Busy Ayurvedic Summer

Hello lovelies!

Hope you had had a good summer break and all ready for the Autumn Change!

Last couple of months have been indeed busy for me. The most exciting news to give you all is that we have ultimately launched the most awaited Ayurveda Pura Herbal Teas in a new format with its most beautiful packaging. This format is also eco friendly, plastic free and all natural and organic!

The new teas are named as follows:

De-Tox tea is now called Ginger and Lemon Zest

De-Stress Tea is now called Orange and Fennel Bliss

Re-Fresh Tea is now called Saffron and Cardamom Delight

Re-Energise Tea is now called Cinnamon and Ginger Spice

And we have a brand new format of all the above four teas in one carton now called Herbal Tea Collection

Almost more than 15 years ago I remember standing in a kitchen of a two bedroom apartment in Islington, London, mixing up all the herbs and spices, designing various batches of Herbal Teas! Little did I know then, 15 years later, I would see the same recipe of my herbal teas in such a format! It gives me immense joy and pride that these herbal teas have come such a long a way but also won various awards for their tastes! So please head to the website http://www.AyurvedPura.com  and get your kind  of Herbal Tea today!

Especially with autumn on its way, it’s one of the best Ayurvedic recipes to keep the dryness and lightness of Vata away and infuse the tissues with some Ayurvedic nourishment. Click Here

It’s a Q and A forum for readers to ask questions relating to any health issues and someone like me will respond with an answer. So head to Jasmines Socials and ask away a question! PrintOver the summer I visited Amanda Miles, one of my students for a weekend of Ayurvedic talks, cooking sessions, consultation and an open evening. I was absolutely blown away and impressed by the amount of effort that went into every detail of her practice and yoga studio. Click here to read more about Amanda, her practice and find out where about she is located. And if you are anywhere closer to her Ayurvedic clinic then a visit to her practice is in order! And last but not the least; don’t forget Ayurveda Pura’s Open Evening Event on 15th November 2018 at Our Lovely Ayurveda Pura Health Spa in North Greenwich, London. Please find details here and I very much look forward to seeing as many of you over there! Click Here
